Nintendo’s latest console, called Nintendo Switch, already has an official release date. The tenth Nintendo game stationĀ once referred to as the NX system, will start selling in the Unites States somewhere around March 2017.
Many rumors have been since disclosed, including the possible titles that would act as flagship games for the console. The official trailer features a yet unnamed 3D Mario game that reviewers have compared to the famous ‘Super Mario 64’ and ‘Super Mario Galaxy.’
Online sources now reveal that a bundle of widely expected titles, including ‘Skyrim‘ and ‘Pokemon: Sun and Moon‘ could come out at the same time as the Switch. More importantly, lots of fans are waiting for the confirmation that ‘The Legend of Zelda: Breath of The Wild‘ will also be one of them.
It is possible that the new Zelda game will not be ready in time for the Switch release
Recent reports on the TLOZ title, hugely advertised by Nintendo, have apparently disclosed that the game might miss the March date for the Nintendo Switch, and also that it could also miss its previously appointed release date for the WiiU. The sources do not give any additional details as to why this is happening.
The featured Mario game, reports show, will be the Switch’s signature release title, expected to come out on the same day in all territories. Other sources suggested the possibility that the Switch will come with a deluxe version including a pre-installed game. The 3D Mario title might be one of the options for this.
The Mario game will feature a 3D open world hub for players to select a high number of different stages to complete. Again, just like in ‘Super Mario 64.’ The official trailer showed a multiplayer version which apparently is a co-op mode included in the game.
‘Skyrim’ and other games have a better chance of making an appearance
As mentioned above, there are plans for the Nintendo Switch’s more expensive edition to come pre-loaded with a title, and so far, the latest version of the third-person-shooter ‘Splatoon’ is shaping up to be the number one choice.
The ‘Skyrim’ edition for Nintendo rumors are also getting stronger. Developer Bethesda has denied previous allegations that the game will make an appearance but reports show that it could appear as the other significant launch day release for the Switch.
The release of ‘Skyrim’ comes at the perfect time to mirror the recently unveiled remastered version of the game.
