Omen’s channel on YouTube uploaded a video this Tuesday of its new gaming PC called Omen X Desktop.

HP is coming back to the gaming world with a cube designed PC in order to have separate components in different spaces and it will have enough power to run 4K and VR gaming.

The baseline model of the new HP computer runs with an i7 Skylake processor and it has 8GB of RAM, a hard drive of 2 TB and 256 GB SSD.

It comes with an AMD Radeon RX 480 graphics card, which has 4 GB of RAM and customers will have the option to boost it even more with the capacity to run dual NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080 cards or dual AMD Radeon R9 Fury X cards.

It has 10 USB ports, eight of them are USB 3.0 and the other two are USB Type-C. It also has liquid cooling.

The gamers PC have separate chambers for its GPU, hard drives, and power unit, which makes it a well-ventilated system.

HP announced accessories made in partnership with the Danish gaming accessory manufacturer SteelSeries for the Omen series.

One of them is the HP’s first NVIDIA G-sync curved monitor, the called Omen X curved display. It is a curved monitor that works with G-Sync technology for preventing tearing and input lag. It still does not have a price yet and is set to be launched this year.

Alongside the curved monitor, the company will release a mouse for $59, mousepad for $19, a keyboard for $99 and headset for $79. They will be launched during September.

The Omen X Desktop will stock it at $1799 on HP’s website starting tomorrow and availability is set for October 16 starting at $2099.

Another option besides the Omen X Desktop

The Omen 17 is a laptop part of the first ones equipped with GTX 1060 and GTX 1070. It has a G-Sync screen with a resolution up to 4K display. And it comes with three DisplayPort ports of output capacity of 2K or 4K.

The laptop has a 95W polymer battery that lasts 7.5 hours with one charge and comes with quad speakers by Bang & Olufsen.

It has DDR4 memory, a 3 in 1 card reader, HDMI slot and 10 USB ports like the Omen X, eight of them are USB 3.0 while the other two are USB Type-C. The Omen 17 is starting at $1599 but it has no release date yet.
