2016 has been a big year for Forza Motorsport, Microsoft’s exclusive and critically acclaimed racing game. As competitive online racing goes, upcoming #ForzaRC (The Forza Racing Championship) is going to set a new standard as the largest competition in Forza history and is now open for registration.
The inaugural season of the #ForzaRC begins on August 8. Forza Motorsport 6 players from across the world, all skills, levels and ages, can compete for Forza and Xbox prizes throughout the month, while the elite will push the gas for the ultimate price: the all-new Ford Focus RS.
The $35,000 price is a 350-horsepower, 2.4-littre turbocharged Eco Boost. One of the most wanted hatchbacks of the decade with its trackbed performance, and it’s curved and sophisticated body.
The biggest online Forza Racing Championship is free for all
Open for all players, beginners, casual, hardcore-fans, pro gamers and whatever-alike. There is a place for all skill levels as ForzaRC will include both an Elite Series and an Open Series, each following a different path.
In Open Series, players will compete in the weekly FozaRC Open Series League event premiering August 8. The league will automatically group players by skill to guarantee everyone has a winning shot.
Open Series prices will be tradeable for game add-ons or DLC’s, such as the NASCAR Expansion, the Porsche Expansion and the Forza Motorsport 6 Car Pass. Besides, every week every participant will receive a special bonus car, the 1971 Ford Falcon XY GTHO Phase III.
Elite Series will feature the best virtual racers in the world qualified through Forza RC Elite Series Rivals Qualifier event, starting August 8.

The Rivals Qualifiers will then compete in the weekly ForzaRC Elite Series cCUp. The top 16 players will compete in the third round, a live streamed weekly ForzaRC Elite Series Showdown race, and people can see the streaming at the Forza Twitch Channel on Sunday.
Besides the brand new car price, each week top gamers will also win prizes from Xbox, Microsoft, and Logitech, which may include Xbox One S controllers and Xbox Elite controllers.

Latest edition of Forza series is considered the best racing game around. The brand currently has three million players racing on Forza pavement and live streaming events often gather over 600,000 unique views.
Forza 6 features 26 famous racing tracks including Daytona and Le Mans, expansive modes for single player and competitive multiplayer options.
Metacritic gave the game an 87 Metascore, worth for more than customizable cars, complete with working cockpits and damage.
IGN qualified it as “the biggest, broadest and best Forza Motorsport game to date by a massive margin.” Or, better yet, a 9.0 “first order car-porn,” for anyone interested in blowing up the engines.
