Black Friday is just around the corner, and it is time for customers to gather all the tips they can before going into their favorite stores. Most outlets have made all their Black Friday deals available online as well as in the stores.
Retailers no longer want stampedes of customers at their front doors. They want hordes of online bargain seekers pumping digital shopping carts. That is why two of the biggest general stores n the US, Walmart, and Target, are stockpiling online offers.
Walmart’s Black Friday deals are in the Walmart app, whereas Target offers are on the company’s web page. Walmart will also increase the number of items with discounts on its online store by about 50 percent. The offers will be available days before Nov. 25.
Both stores are bringing the hoverboard back from the dead, the consumer product that disappeared in 2015 after colleges, schools, and airports banned it.
Walmart and Target Black Friday promotions
The hoverboard is a possible hit among 2016’s Black Friday offers. Wallmart will offer Razor’s Hovertrax 2.0 board for $273, a $125 discount. Target will sell a Jetson V6 hoverboard with built-in Bluetooth speakers for $284, $115 off.
In addition to hoverboards, the general stores will offer substantial discounts on discontinued 4K TVs. Target will offer a 50-inch Hisense 4K TV for $249.99 while Walmart is selling a 55-inch Philips TV for $298. Walmart.com is also offering a 65-inch Hitachi 4K TV for $599.
The retailers have $50 discounts on Xbox One and PlayStation 4 bundles. Target allows customers to buy an Xbox One S throwing in a $50 gift card.
Both retailers are selling Xbox One, and PS4 games will have discounts as high as $29.99. There is also a bundle of the Nintendo 3DS with a console copy of Super Mario 3D land for $99 on both stores.
Walmart and Target will have promotions on tablets, smartphones, and drones
Target and Walmart will be giving a $250 gift card with the purchase of either an iPhone 7 or 7 Plus or Galaxy S7 or S7 Edge on a carrier’s plan. Samsung devices on Target will come with a free Samsung Gear VR headset.

Walmart will have an 11.6-inch Samsung Chromebook 3 with a price tag of $119, $60 off. Meanwhile, Target is offering the 9.7-inch iPad Pro for $449 and the iPad Air 2 for $274. It means $150.00 and $125.99 off, respectively.
Lastly, Walmart has a deal on the DJI Phantom 3 Standard drone for $369, $130 off and $30 cheaper than Target’s offer.
Black Friday tips: stores opening on Thanksgiving
Wallmart and Target will open their stores at 6 p.m. on Thanksgiving night while Best Buy and Toys R Us retailers will open doors at 5 p.m. Toys R Us retailers will be open for 30 hours straight in a bid to attract shopper.
Macy’s will open their 655 stores across the country at 5.pm, while Kohl’s will open its stores at 6 p.m. Digital offers on Kohl’s homepage will be available at 6.pm on Nov. 25.
J.C. Penny will make its Black Friday specials available online early on Thanksgiving, more than a day before shoppers can get in their stores at 3 p.m.
