Reports are claiming that the pop sensation Janet Jackson who will turn 50 on 16th of May is pregnant with her first child.
Apparently, a source confirmed to E! News that the singer is in the second trimester of her pregnancy. Rumors have been rounds ever since she postponed her last tour.
Late Wednesday, Jackson tweeted her music video and said, “It’s all about Love…”
As the singer canceled her tour, she posted a video conveying that she is planning a family with her Husband Wissam Al Mana, 41. “We’re in the second leg of the tour and there actually has been a sudden change”, Jackson said in the clip.
“Please, if you could try and understand that it’s important that I do this now’, I have to rest up, Doctor’s orders. But I have not forgotten about you. I will resume with the tour as soon as I can”. This is what she asked of her fans in the video.
The pop sensation has always been secretive about her personal life. In fact, the couple likes to keep things down and low. In 2012, she tied the knot with the Qatari Businessman, Al Mana, and did not reveal about her marriage till early 2013.
The pregnancy also comes as a bit of surprise because Janet is pushing 50. According to E! News, a source has revealed that the couple had been working with a fertility specialist from some time for having a family.
This is definitely a great news for Janet as even back during 2008 when she was dating, Jermaine Dupri, she said that she wants to have kids in the future. She had further claimed that she would love to adopt as well.
As of now, the secretive couple has not given any comments on this. Let’s see what comes through in the coming days.
