When Microsoft unveiled its new flagship Microsoft Lumia smartphones with Windows 10 during a media event in October 2015, everyone wanted the almighty $649 Lumia 950 XL or at least the $549 Lumia 950. However, the prize can be a little too high for some people.
Luckily Bill Gates’ company thought of that too and produced lower-end models like Lumia 435, Lumia 430, Lumia 535 and Lumia 532 to dive into Windows 10. These phones come with incredibly affordable prices that don’t even surpass the $100 barrier.
There is a lot of competition in the high-end market, but Lumia clearly dominates the budget market. These are the best Windows 10 budget phones out there.
Lumia 435 (sit tight) for only $50
Launched in January 2015 for $95 in the United States it is the cheapest Lumia of them all as the smartphone is now available at Walmart for just $49.88 with a T-Mobile connection. The Lumia 435 natively runs Windows Phone 8.1, instead of Windows 10 Mobile, as it came out before Microsoft’s new operating system. But, Microsoft has made available the upgrade for all supported smartphones. So nothing to worry about here.
