Specs, review and cost

The Challenger T/A boasts an R/T model V8 engine. It features 5.7 liters Hemi and packs a total 375 horsepower. Also, the engine is routed through a standard Tremec six-speed manual transmission.

The Challenger features a satin-black hood with NACA inlet ducts. The pipes feed the modified SRT Hellcat airbox. On the inside, the Challenger T/A resembles the 1971-era with its vintage looking gauges behind the new steering wheel. The footwells are custom built with Dodge logos.

The Challenger T/A allows performance modifications. These changes include different types of hoods and air intake, an active performance exhaust with electronic control, and 20-inch by 9-inch black wheels.

There is also a T/A plus package that includes the Super Track Pak as standard equipment, lowered suspension, high-performance Bilstein shock absorbers, performance brake pads, stability control system, and high-performance Goodyear Eagle F1 tires.

It is also possible to purchase the T/A 392 version. This version swaps the 5.7 liters Hemi for a 6.4- liter V-8 that enables the Challenger to hit 60mph in the mid-four-second range. The pack also adds a new suspension, and wider Pirelli tires, along with a 220-amp alternator.

The Challenger T/A starts at $38,845. The plus pack costs $41,235 and the T/A model starts at $45,090. Prices include a $1,095 destination fee.
