If the earlier price drop was not good enough for you to go buy a Nexus device, you need to look again. Google had slashed the price quietly for the Nexus 5X, making the device more tempting for the potential buyers who were looking to opt for the top range handsets from OnePlus or Motorola.

Earlier the price for the Nexus 5X used to be $349 and now it has dropped down to $299. At first, there was no confirmation for the duration of the price drop, but, later, Google confirmed that the price cut is part of the Valentine’s day sale. They also ensured that there will be a $50 discount only on the gold edition of the Nexus 6P. The buyers can also get a further $50 off if they go for Huawei’s smartwatch.

Aside from the discount, you could also get a Google cover for free with the purchase of a Nexus 5X, so all in all the deal is a pretty solid one.
