TESO, Morrowind expansion: Price, trailer, and release date

Morrowind is the largest update for The Elder Scrolls Online in the entire history of the game. The new update will include a new class called The Warden and the extensive area of Vvanderfell.

Morrowind is an already established name in PC gaming. It served as the title for the third installment of the CD-ROM Elder Scrolls series back in 2002. At the time, it received mixed reviews, which makes this remake a shot at redemption.

This expansion will introduce several changes to gameplay, such as the ‘4 vs. 4 vs. 4’ Battlegrounds Mode, intended for enthusiasts of player-vs-player action.

Morrowind bundles price

The Morrowind expansion will come out in three different versions. A Standard Edition that includes the whole game with previous content for $59.99, an Upgrade Edition with only Morrowind for $39.99, and a Digital Collector’s Edition for $79.99, details below.

Preorders are currently available, and players who purchase the game this way will get limited-edition goodies such as an Exclusive Warden Costume, a Dwarven War Dog Pet, various Treasure Maps, and other content features.

There is also a Collector’s Edition available ($99.99) that will include all the perks mentioned above plus unique physical collectibles including a real map of Morrowind and a Grey Bear Statue, among others. The full list is at ESO’s official website.

The Warden will be a nature-based class able to use magic, a seeming protector of the forests of Morrowind and the creatures that live on it, such as the humongous War Bear that will accompany the player into battle.

The game’s available details show players a world threatened by a menace that surpasses all warriors in Tamriel. A meteor is about to crash in Vivec City, Morrowind’s capital and players must help a demigod regain his powers so he can help them stop it.

Also, they will have the opportunity to aid a dangerous assassin in a political conflict. In fact, Collector’s Edition buyers will get a large-format book which is the character’s journal, detailing her entire story with beautifully designed concept arts from the game.

In addition to this, the Battlegrounds Mode will keep them busy fighting other players to better themselves and continue their perilous journey throughout the northern reaches of Tamriel.

Morrowind will come out officially on June 6th for PC, Mac, Xbox One, and PlayStation 4. Some of the bundles’ are not for sale directly on the website. Eager players will have to contact local retailers if they wish to preorder the larger Collector’s Edition.
